PM OS preview

PM OS

A free, mission-based platform that teaches product judgment the way a flight simulator teaches flying. Six modules (~11 hours) — first principles, discovery, strategy, prioritization, technical execution, and growth analytics — reinforced with interactive simulators, real-world teardowns, playbooks, and a curated resource vault. Built as a dark, focused command center with streak-based progress tracking; fully self-paced, no account required.

The Garden preview

The Garden

A deliberately anti-pattern dating product — no swiping, no photos, no scores. People meet through their inner world: you cultivate a private 'windowsill' of written reflections and reveal them petal by petal, only to people you choose. Concurrent conversations are intentionally capped ('not a limit — a kindness') to protect attention and emotional safety. A sharp product thesis on intentionality and privacy in a category built on the opposite.

Resume Scorer preview

Resume Scorer

Recruiter-grade resume evaluation — upload a PDF, paste a job description, and get a structured shortlisting verdict with a weighted score, skill-gap analysis, and copy-paste-ready rewrites. Parsing runs entirely in the browser; nothing is stored server-side.

Tracker preview

Tracker

A personal productivity workspace that fuses freeform note-taking with a Trello-style task board — capture a thought, turn it into a trackable, movable task, all in one place. Tuned for an individual's workflow rather than team overhead.

Tanks preview

Tanks

An HTML5 tank game wrapped in a narrative storyline — the story scaffolding exists specifically to lift session length and retention past a typical arcade loop. Flagship title under the Kelby Games label.

The Maker's Studio preview

The Maker's Studio

A 3D product configurator for custom merchandise — users design their own products in real-time 3D, then order them. The digital evolution of the manual DTC workflow that powered Formies, now scaled through automation and visual customization.

Formies preview

Formies

A DTC brand for custom candles and figurines using DLP 3D printing to produce bespoke molds. Reached ₹50K revenue via Shopify and Amazon — the hands-on, manual predecessor whose lessons shaped the digital configurator behind The Maker's Studio.

// Trajectory · 4 roles

Where I shipped impact.

Product and engineering roles where I drove growth, solved systems problems, and shipped measurable outcomes.

  • Drove 1,000% ARPDAU Growth: Scaled revenue from $2 to $22 per 1,000 DAU by spearheading monetization experiments, including client-side notifications and 'Switch Game' APIs, yielding $400K incremental annual revenue
  • AI-Driven Optimization: Boosted CTR from 0.6% to 2.0% by leveraging Generative AI (Midjourney) to iterate on game assets and thumbnails across 100+ titles on MSN
  • Retention & Engagement: Reduced bounce rates by 40% and tripled average playtime (+200%) via funnel optimization, UX redesigns, and revamped recommendation logic
  • Technical Risk Management: Led Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implemented traffic-quality safeguards alongside domain diversification to mitigate revenue loss during Google IVT (Invalid Traffic) crackdowns
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Directed a team of 15 (Eng, Design, QA) using Metabase, Elasticsearch, and Jira to align engineering output with business KPIs
  • Hyper-Growth Scaling: Managed product implementation and feature prioritization to scale user base 10x (20K to 200K MAU)
  • AI Access System: Conceptualized and launched an end-to-end Autonomous Access System using facial recognition and a custom leave-management module for Woxsen University
  • Hardware-Software Bridge: Led the integration of backend authorization logic with physical on-ground hardware (flap barriers), managing complex technical dependencies
  • Stakeholder Management: Directed QA, Operations, and Customer Success teams; led high-stakes product demos and pitches to secure institutional partnerships
  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Owned the end-to-end NPD (PRD, design, prototyping) for high-capacity Lithium-Ion battery packs for B2B robotics clients (Anscer, RightBot)
  • Operations Scaling: Led a team of 9 to ramp up production 14x for 10 KW LFP battery packs, optimizing the manufacturing funnel for efficiency and yield
  • Accelerated R&D Cycles: Led the Rapid Prototyping division, managing a 5-member engineering team to decrease time-to-market for hardware iterations through 3D printing and vacuum casting
  • Infrastructure Engineering: Designed and built 4 custom in-house 3D printers (CoreXY and Cartesian architectures), increasing production throughput by 250% (normalized by part complexity)
  • Operational Scaling: Established a full-scale in-house vacuum casting facility; partnered with international stakeholders (Smooth-On) to optimize material cost-efficiency and R&D process flow
  • Precision Systems Design: Engineered the liquid and spice dispensing assemblies for RIKU (autonomous cooking robot), successfully integrating mechanical hardware with precision-controlled software actuation for sub-gram dispensing accuracy
